as advertised excellent central location overlooking center of cruz bay… beautiful sunsets and views and nice deck and pool. my family enjoyed the isolated bedrooms and central kitchen area totally recommend

What A View

We had a great stay at Palm Villa. The location is in the center of the island looking down on Great Cruz Bay. The view and sunsets are amazing. The layout of the house is great too. We really enjoyed waking up to the views and watching the sunsets each night.

Wonderful property

We returned from St. John last week. Palm villa is beautiful. The view is incredible. The property is clean. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook. There is a grill on the patio that is very convenient. It was perfect for our family. There were 6 adults. Everyone had enough space for our needs. We rarely sat inside but it was very comfortable and had a beautiful table for nice family meals. There is also a large table outside as well if you prefer your meals with a view. The pool was perfect for us. We did get a little lost coming in but it was easy to contact someone and they were very helpful to get us back in the right direction. We can’t wait to come back and would love to stay at palm villa again!!

Amazing view

Great villa that looks over Cruz Bay. The pics on the site do not do it justice. Very recently renovated, it is very fresh. It had everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers. Interestingly with everything electric it had a gas stove with nice pans which we appreciated. We would definitely come back to this villa.

Amazing view, fabulous house!

This was our 2nd trip to St John, first time residential ting a home. It was perfect!!! The view was stunning, and the layout was perfect. We had two smaller kids, and older child, and in laws and it gave everyone the perfect amount of space. It's a great location to go to town and beaches, and was very quiet. I don't think we'LL ever stay anywhere else.

Amazing Sunsets!

I have been meaning to write a review about my stay at Palm Villa this past winter. We had such a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the villa so much. We traveled with our older children and the house worked beautifully for us! Our must have was a sunset and from this villa they are just breathtaking! The home is quite spacious – the pool is in the center of the villa and then the main house and 2 of the bedrooms open off the pool deck. The master bedroom is a good size and is located off the left side of the villa. My 2 children loved the separation between the master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. They are old enough now that we did not find this to be a problem and they loved going for a late night swim, especially since the pool was right outside their doors!! The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked – the living room and bedroom/bathrooms are a bit older but still very comfortable so we really could not complain! What you see in the photos is what you get so when we walked in to the home upon arrival – we were very pleased….. Each day we would get up and go exploring, going to various beaches along the north side of the island. On one day we drove out to Coral Bay – went to Lampshur – and then on our way back we stopped for lunch at Miss Lucy’s – The salad’s and burgers were yummy and the location – right on the water – just amazing – nowhere else like it or it seems!! We will definitely be returning to St John and Palm Villa will be our villa of choice!!

Spectacular Views Both Day and Night

My husband and I stayed at Palm Villa in February. Palm Villa has a really spectacular view of Pillsbury Sound, many of the cays in the Sound, as well as islands looking down the north side of St. Thomas. We enjoyed watching sailboats and yachts during the day, but particularly thought watching the nighttime lights on St. Thomas to be magical. The house is very comfortable and well-furnished. The kitchen is immediately off the deck so that the cook feels to be in the middle of the action (we had guests one evening) while, of course, able to enjoy the view also. Palm Villa has easy access to Centerline Road so getting to the North Shore beaches and Salt Pond takes little time, as well as getting to the Marketplace for groceries and other supplies. We went to Cruz Bay for dinner a few times, which took about 10 minutes. While each restaurant was very good, nothing could beat sitting at the Good View Restaurant at Palm Villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Palm Villa the next time on St. John.
