“The room was clean and we had a pretty view of the ocean from the 9th floor. I do think it was a waste of money for the upgrade to diamond club but we only only used the butlers for dinner reservations. The spa was amazing, seriously the best massage!”

“Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use.
Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort.”

“The room was spacious with updated furniture. The beach area was very clean with chairs and umbrellas. There is a restaurant right next door at Siboney Beach Club with another restaurant further down on the beach. The front office has snacks, drinks and a few toiletries.”
