"Jellybean row" Main Floor 1 Bedroom Apt- Downtown

This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.
The space
-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
-Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
-Everything you need is within walking distance.
-A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

**At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**

Great location!

Great place for our few days of exploration! Easy to walk around downtown as everything is close by. Heads up though, as it is the main floor (of a house), upstairs noise travels well (for those light sleepers and or kiddos)

Great property for two people. Close to George Street and Water Street where a lot of happenings occur. Only two blocks to a great breakfast restaurant. Walking distance to The Rooms and Bannerman park. Great space for staying with TV room, kitchen, a small outside patio

This well appointed property is in an excellent downton location, walkable to shops, restaurants, pubs, the harbour and tourist attractions. Host communication is excellent, he was very responsive and worked hard to solve an issue we had. The issue we had is the lack of sound barrier in the stairway and upstairs property as the upstairs tenant often came to life from 3:30am-5:30 or 7am (a herd of elephants in the unit above and running up and down the stairway repeatedly is an analogy that comes to mind), waking us up and keeping us awake. Sadly, we would not return to this property for thsi reason.

Great place to stay!

Property was a quick walk to George street and all the downtown shops. It was clean, and modern renovation. All appliances worked well, and bed was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend for an individual or couple to rent for their stay in St. John’s

We loved everything about it and very welcoming having a dish washer and washer and dryer available. So easy to walk downtown as well. So nice to stay in such a unique place as how famous the colourful row house are.
