Riverfront Tiny Home 3 bed w/ Privacy and a View!

Relax and unwind at this unique loft tiny home camper.
Right across the driveway is the Missouri River and the prettiest sunsets in town.
Located just a couple miles north of the casino and downtown as well as a couple blocks from the new mountain bike trails!
A train does pass by a couple blocks away on occasion so we provide ear plugs and a sound machine for light sleepers.
Nature is plenty… this property is home eagles, owls, deer, beaver, river otter, wild mulberry trees, and much more.

The camper has 3 beds total… 1 queen bed in bedroom, 1 queen one loft, and 1 twin in the other loft. Full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, bowls, pans, silverware, etc.
There’s a mini washer/dryer combo. There is a small dining table inside that seats 2. Radio plays music inside and outside on the balcony.
We ask our guests to “leave no trace”.
Please pick up after yourself and leave the property the same or better than when you came. The goal is to keep this property as untouched as possible and continue to allow for wildlife to continue to flourish.
🚫 No smoking or burning of any kind inside the camper or in the doorways. No cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, burning candles, incense, etc.
Please do that outside and make sure the remnants are in the garbage.
Located in front of the river, not a lake.

Paved road all the way until the driveway which is gravel.

Damage deposit is $500. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.
👞 Please remove your shoes before going in the camper.

🐶 If you have a pet, please wipe their paws and make sure they do not get on the couches or beds.
Do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.

🚭 Absolutely no smoking inside the camper.
If you smoke outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. There is a bucket next to the porch steps where you can dispose of them.

🧼 If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them. Please take all of your items with you.

🙌🏼 The maid will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep it cleaning fees reasonable.

🌲 Please be courteous of our land and the nature that inhabits it. Leave no trace.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼
