Welcome travelers to this stunning, brand-new property just steps away from one of Malta's most captivating promenades. Along the promenade, you can savor scenic walks, discover idyllic swimming spots & explore a variety of delightful dining establishments.

The apartment itself is a testament to exquisite design, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large SMART TV. You can also enjoy your private balcony with outdoor furnishings.

WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals.

Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom the others are with 2 single beds.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area.

Sliema is a vibrant and bustling neighbourhood in the central part of Malta, located on the eastern coast of the island. It is a popular tourist destination and is known for its stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, picturesque harbour, and vibrant nightlife.

The neighbourhood has a lively atmosphere, with a range of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops to suit every taste and budget. There are plenty of options for both casual and fine dining, and the local street food is not to be missed. The area is also well-known for its shopping, with many high-end boutiques and designer stores located within walking distance of our Airbnb.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, Sliema offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun and sea. There are several beaches and rocky shores nearby, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and snorkelling. The neighbourhood is also home to several parks and gardens, offering a green and peaceful escape from the city.

Sliema is well-connected to the rest of Malta, with regular bus and ferry services to the capital city of Valletta, as well as to other popular tourist destinations such as St. Julian's and Mdina. It is a lively and exciting neighbourhood with plenty to offer visitors, and our Airbnb is the perfect place to stay to experience all that Sliema has to offer.

Public transportation in Malta is affordable and efficient, with a network of buses and ferries connecting the different parts of the island. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and buses run regularly to all major towns and tourist attractions.

For those who prefer to explore on foot, Sliema is a very walkable city with plenty of pedestrian-friendly streets and sidewalks. There are also several car rental companies and taxi services available in the area for those who prefer to have more flexibility and independence.

If you're interested in seeing the sights from the water, there are also regular ferry services that operate between Sliema and Valletta, as well as to other nearby islands such as Gozo and Comino.

No matter how you choose to get around, our Airbnb is the perfect base to explore all that Sliema and Malta have to offer.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
