“Fantastic couple of nights away at this great hotel. Amenities were excellent, everything was well thought-out and designed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. But the staff were really what made the weekend a truly fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful, and clearly focussed on ensuring that everything was just right. “Staff were absolutely incredible. Dianna on reception was courteous, polite and ever so helpful. Thank you for making me feel like home during my stay. Dianna and her amazing team even helped out by washing and drying some clothing. Mid way through my work trip it was as a relief to know I had clean business and personal clothing. The young bar staff were also very kind and welcoming. ”
