“I had a great experience. The room was clean, though the staff were not very friendly. I’m looking forward to returning in the summer.”

“Loading zone was used up by an employee. Had to pay $7 in a parking ramp just to access property to drop of luggage. Then at check in I was suspicious room was even cleaned. Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair……

“Beautiful location, but it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor area, late March. Still it's a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean. They gift shop was reasonably priced for a hotel gift shop. Now to a couple of notes that might help. These in no way reflect negatively on the staff. They were wonderful. We had the room next to the Ice/Vending machines, and that was really noisy from 9-11pm when people were getting ice and pop. The second night I used ear……

“This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom had what appeared to be blood smeared across the door, there were yellow droplets on the ceiling that might have been mold, the backsplash hadn't been cleaned in several guests by the amount of toothpaste splatter. The room itself was ok, except for the dead bugs by the window, peeling paint chips all over the floor. When we went up to the restaurant to try to have lunch, we were told by 2 different staff the food would take at……

“Was not told the pool would be out of service. The price reflected a nice pool, was offered a $25 per night refund but was not able to receive it since it was booked thru Expedia. Vouchers for places we couldn’t use. Will NEVER EVER use Expedia for comfort inn AGEIN. Do you understand!!??!! ”
