The most generous hotel
Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels.
Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe.
The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium.
Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers).
Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00.
When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue.
We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers.
