10/10 Excellent

"Prime location next to the Arch, 3 blocks from Busch stadium. Parking ramp attached to hotel for easy in and out. Free breakfast and free food and drinks in the evening. Food was average. Staff was very nice and helpful"

6/10 Okay

"Valet Parking was horrible. We thought we made the right choice for only $10.00 more, to use valet. The day to leave was a chaotic experience. One worker to retrieve cars and it took one hour. So unorganized and understaffed for a Saturday. We felt like we were in Valet jail and would never see our car again."

2/10 Terrible

"Id avoid this place what a joke l. Let's start with the valet. They didn't even take our car to a garage it was in the same spot out front where we left it. The next morning there were cars all over the street they had to move 3 cars to get our out. To the room very small we pulled the hide a bed out for my daughter which had hairs and stains all over it. No thanks. Everytime the people in the room next to us used the bathroom or shower we could hear it so well it was almost like it was in our room. I have a feeling there's much better places in the st louis area to stay."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond our expectations with made to order waffles and omelettes, fresh fruit, and a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and clean. There were some great dinner options nearby. The game room and pool were under renovation, but we look forward to seeing them on our next visit!"

2/10 Terrible

"It took 25 minutes to check in because only 1 person at desk at 3pm. We stayed in room 137. There was a strange loud thumping sound in pipes. I told front desk, she said no maintenance until Monday. It kept me up for long time. Next morning at check out the clerk said they KNEW there is an issue, have had a plumber out but he couldn't figure it out. They said it affecting a few rooms! They should not have put us in there, offered to move us or something! They never should be occupied. No towels at pool in the evening. The pool area was supposed to open at 9AM, still closed for cleaning when we checked out at 11."
