Lovely home, nice stay.

The house/apartment was exactly as advertised. Lovely kitchen, comfortable bed. Location was convenient with restaurants within walking distance. The host communicated well. We had no complaints. We would absolutely book again if we were back in St Louis.

Excellent Stay in Princeton Heights

I stayed at this rental for two weeks after just moving to St. Louis to search for my own apartment. This was such a cute neighborhood to stay in with a wine bar, Mediterranean restaurant and BBQ restaurant all within a block or two. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had the necessary amenities. I felt very safe in this neighborhood and really enjoyed my two week stay here. An added bonus was the very comfortable bed.

Relaxing location

Me and my partner stayed for a month while awaiting an interstate move. It was a convenient and comfortable location. Everything was great, including the thing we were worried about, parking. The street parking was abundant and safe on that side street (no parallel parking required). Most appliances in the apartment are new, which was nice. John was great; we generally didn't need anything, but he made sure this was the case.

The owner was awesome he let me come early he responded to any concerns i had. Only thing I would complain is the people in the others unit upstair are very loud. But owner is understanding and awesome. You want someone who is going work with you. Its him
