「I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort. The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism. 「5 star Boutique Hotel with All Inclusive option. The food and service are the stars here. The two onsite restaurants are amazing. The Naked Fishermen restaurant and Beach Bar is exceptional because of the food and its trendy chill vibe. It’s a great location on the north side of the island near Rodney Bay which has shopping, beach bars, and great restaurants. 」

「Amazing vacation. We loved everything about it. The butlers Ophelia and Kirby were both excellent. Most of the rest of the staff were also friendly and accommodating. The Landings itself has been very well maintained and updated, and the food is high quality, and service top notch. We stayed in a 3 bedroom on the beachfront with plunge pool, and did the all -inclusive for our family of 6 as well (4 kids 13 and under). We definitely thought it was all worth it. Highly recommend. 」

「My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely...
