“I enjoyed my stay; getting to have coffee on the dock and watching the sunrise was the best. I also enjoyed finding snails and hermit crabs near the dock at low tide. The cottage needs some repairs, but being from the 1940s warrants some grace. There is some good history there. The host has made many modern upgrades to improve it. The host is very sweet and you can tell she enjoys welcoming her guests and providing details about the place. The grounds the cottages are on are nicely landscaped. ”

“We stayed in the cottages of IndianRiver lagoon waterfront cottages March 1-31 The cottages are quaint and cute . They are perfect for a couple or small families . If the cottage walls could speak, I am sure we would hear great stories of their 80 year history. The grounds are beautiful with walk ways and palm trees and flowering bushes. “We were looking for a pet friendly place to spend the month of February. We found the cottages online and gave it a try. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. The landscaping is lush. The parking is ample. The dumpster is convenient and emptied often. The laundry room houses two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, and plenty of books and games. The……
