「The staff here truly goes above and beyond—they made the stay special! The food and drinks were delicious, and the overall amenities were amazing. One important note for future guests: The photos show a beach, but please be aware there isn't a traditional ocean beach on-site. It is actually a bay where you cannot swim. If you're looking for a swim-ready beach, you won't find it here, but the pool and service almost make up for it!. And YES it is all inclusive resort. Thank You VOCO Sandpiper 」

「This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning.
