「Clean hotel with nice pool and located walking distance to a couple of ports and beach. 」

「Pros: good and safe location, nice breakfast, friendly staff, close to beach, no bugs. Cons: no elevator, connecting doors must be made from cereal boxes because it’s like they’re in your room. Absurdly overpriced during spring break. 」

「Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. 「Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. Chair in second bedroom outer layer was worn through. Unit was only superficially clean, floors were still dirty, found lots of old hair and...

「The room was very clean and nice. The bed very comfortable. Heating and cooling very good. Quiet room and location (Not near a busy road). There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. 「Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.」
