“The staff was extremely friendly and always asked about our comfort. Everyone we met was very helpful. The day we arrived, the street parking lot was full (even though the signs clearly say the lot is for hotel patrons only) and I was disappointed when the front desk clerk said they don’t monitor that. She did inform us of another parking area around back which was empty. It might be helpful to let patrons know that in advance. Otherwise, amazing hotel!”

“The bds were a little on the soft side But we stillgot a good ice sleep. The breakfast was a nice touch and tge staff always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at tge hotel if we arein Wisconsin again . ”

“I can't do stairs and didn't know you didn't have an elevator (something to think about), so we were given the only suite right off the pool. It was wonderful to be able to open our patio door to use the pool and hot tub. The room was cleaned everyday very nicely.”

“I asked to be able to check into my room early, it was no problem. Whwn I got there a hour and a half early, my room was ready. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definately recommend staying there.”
