This amazing villa with comfortable dimensions, ( 400 square meters,4300 square feet ) is located on Coral Estate and offers everything a traveller can wish for.

Simply relax and admire the 180° views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful sunsets and breezes from the pool deck, relaxing in the large pool or from the shade on the porch.

The villa has 3 levels.
On the ground floor you will find the general areas: living room, kitchen, patio, pool, sundeck, the master bedroom ( 4.80 x 5.80 meters ) with en-suite bathroom ( 2.80 x 3.80 meters) a separate children's bedroom, only accessible via the master bedroom, and a second bedroom( 3.80 x 3.80 meters ) with a king bed and own bathroom.

The villa is therefore not only ideal for large families or groups but also for 1-6 people !

On the second level there are 2 generously-sized bedrooms:
- 10 x 4.80 meters, with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. It has a separate alcove with a single bed which makes the room suitable for 3 persons
- 3.75 x 4.80 meters, with a king bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. It has a separate alcove with a single bed which makes the room suitable for 3 persons

(The third level has a big bedroom ( 8 x 2,50 meter) , with a king bed and an en--suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet , suitable for 2 people. )

Bed linen, (beach) towels are included.

This tastefully decorated villa has a spacious living room ( 5.8 x 7.8 meters) that is furnished with a comfortable sitting area with 3 separate leather sofas and seats for 12, Free Wifi everywhere, flatscreen TV with internet access (Netflix). The sliding doors allow you to merge the indoor and outdoor life together.

The fully-equipped brand-new modern kitchen ( 4.8 x 3.5 meters) is equipped with European electric appliances, large fridge with Ice maker and cold water and a nespresso coffee machine, is perfectly fit for a home cooked meal which can be enjoyed on the large terrace with outside dining area for 12 people.

The terrace of 125 m2 (1200 square feet) with sufficient lounge seats is perfect to relax or barbeque. The pool of 7.5 x 5 meters has clear blue chlorinated poolwater. The tropical garden has a diversity of plants and flowers trees and several spots to relax under the trees or the palapa.

Our villa is renovated and refurbished in 2019 completely and is located in Coral Estate Resort , a beautiful gated resort in Banda Abou, one of the most prestigious resorts in Curacao with 5 star amenities all within walking distance from the Villa.
The resort has 24/7 security and is located near several wonderful beaches, perfect for swimming, diving and snorkeling.

On Coral Estate Centre, at 4 min walking distance , you have the option to go to the beach, the spa, the bakery, restaurant ‘Karaker’, roof top bar ‘Bar Koraal’ and the dive shop.

Karakter Beach Club provides beach lounge chairs, umbrellas, palapas & full service directly to your beach lounge chair! Use of the beach is free but expect guest consumption from the bar or restaurant. Pool usage in resort is naf 20 per person or free with naf 50 consumption. Recently opened Sandwich and Coffee shop will serve you warm bread, desserts and Coffee.

Restaurant Karakter is simply excellent. You can pre order take away , half board or occasional catering only to bring it to the villa.

Coral Estate Resort , Rif St Marie is located at Banda Abou near St Willibrordus in the West end of Curacao. There is a reception desk at the entrance and 24/7 security. The villas are built on a hill side and the road takes you down to the beach with lots of shade, a wonderful restaurant and dive shop. In the direct surroundings you find a beautiful nature area with the National St Christoffel Park, salt planes and the flamingo breeding area. Nearest large grocery store 15 car minutes, the airport 20 car minutes, Willemstad 20 minutes.

Playa Porto Mari is located on the west coast of Curacao, 11 minnutes by car. Its white coral sand beach, with clear and calm water is a true paradise for water lovers and the unique “double” reef is easily accessible from the shore providing a fascinating snorkel and dive site
