「I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. 「Host was great! Communication was perfect. The condo is so nicely decorated and was perfect for our stay. Megan had the best little details to add to our stay. Waters in the fridge. Tea, coffee and a few snacks. Every room had little toiletries in case you forgot to pack something! The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants! 「Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. "Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
