This lovely seafront 1 bedroom apartment is located right on the promenade in St Paul's Bay overlooking the islands of St. Paul's. One can enjoy the most beautiful panoramic spectacular sea views and the most beautiful sunsets from the front balcony. This is a lovely brand new apartment that is modern finished and fully equipped for your memorable holiday in Malta.

Apartment specifications:

The apartment has one main bedroom with balcony, one bathroom and a living room with sofa bed with seaview balcony with outside furniture (tables and chairs).
The main bedroom has a double bed and there is space for a single bed too. The living room has a sofa bed. Apartment measures 63 sqm internally and can accommodate up to 4 people.

There is a lift to all floors, with lift starting from ground floor.

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, toaster, microwave, electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
