We appreciated them being able to allow us early check in. The Double overlooking the River was quite large & the bathroom very updated. 「I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues 」
