Cutest little place!

Great location!

Place was clean and close to beach! The only reason I gave a 4 on communication with property manager was we had a delay getting in and inquired about an additional night. We ended up leaving the reservation the same but did not hear about if we could have added an extra night. Otherwise everything was great!

Good for what it is

I will start my review by saying that I don’t like when property owners try to encourage five star reviews. Reviews are how travelers like myself determine what properties are the right fit and honest reviews are critical to be able to do that properly. This property owner has been asking (without directly asking) for a five star review since I checked in. Now, with that being said, this property is pretty good for the price. It is very budget friendly and that is what I was looking for when I booked a last minute trip to Clearwater. However, there are some small issues that I would like to point out. The location of the room is super close to the beach which is fantastic. However, there’s also a bar right next to the room that loudly dumps empty bottles into the dumpster in the middle of the night. Another issue I had was the bathroom which had no room to put anything. I had to sit my toiletries on top of the spare rolls of toilet tissue because the pedestal sink was too small to sit anything on. Likewise the shower had no ledges or anything to sit products on so they had to be placed on the not so clean floor of the shower. We were also not given any washcloths and had to use hand towels instead. Now, with all of that being said, if price is the number one consideration with proximity to the beach being a close second then this is the right place for you and I don’t regret staying here.
