Well situated, good for families

The heated pool and comfortable beds were really awesome for us as a family traveling with young kids. Being able to make our own food helped with trip budget and diet restrictions. My only recommendation would to be add a couple more things to the kitchen set — a mixing bowl, and a cookie sheet would go a long way!

Great trip to Clearwater!

We loved our stay at Monaco. It was a perfect place for a girls trip with my mom and toddler. The rooms were clean and decorated cute. The pool was nice and easy to get to. Super easy access to the beach and great little pizza place. All the major restaurants and bars were a quick walk up the street my two year old didn’t even mind walking over for dinner. I loved having a quieter location but being close to all the restaraunts and bars. The beach area was also quieter than infront of some of the bigger resorts which we loved! Definately would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!

Spring Break

This property was conveniently located yet, it was not very clean. There was hair all over the shower and bathroom floor. The oven was caked in food particles. Some of the dishes were dirty. The place was comfortable aside from being less than clean. The communication with management was also not the best. We traveled from quite a distance and had red eye flights. It is understandable that late/early hours can be difficult to navigate but for what we paid, I wish they would have at least tried. The place feels like accommodations for college spring breakers, not families.

Very happy!!

My family was very pleased with our stay. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was fabulous ( the pictures do not do it Justice) it was close to everything, the storage closet with Beach stuff was a complete bonus and communication with the property manager was prompt! We had an issue in the bathroom and I sent a message through the vrbo app and their response was immediate. The issue was handled in a timely manner above and beyond! My only suggestion would be to add hooks on the doors for towels. The huge closet space off the kitchens could have hooks to hang beach towels. I would stay here 100 times over!! Thank you Monaco for a great first experience!!

Great spot

The condo was very clean! Plenty of pillows and towels. Plenty of space. We were only there for a short stay so we didn’t have time to check out the walk to the beach but the pool was perfect for our group. Would stay again!
