Location was great. Beautiful backyard sitting area over looking a harbor. It was extremely loud Sunday morning from 2:30am until about 4:30am. I’m guessing it was due to spring break but very annoying none the less.

Best kept secret in Clearwater

Beautifully remodeled efficiency room with a king and queen best (very comfortable), very clean bath with walk in shower (no slip tile on floor), and a very efficient kitchen and table. The pool was by the front door and the back door opened to a waterfront bay area that was perfect! All this for a very reasonable price! Thank you to our host and their attention to detail!

loved being able to park the car, no fee, and walk to shopping and dining. one block away to beach access. The bed was comfortable, large refrigerator in our room, but other rooms had a small one. Pool was very warm so we had to call. he said someone messed with lock and raised the temp. we had unwanted guests a lot, they walk in, at night use the pool and leave trash behind. Some rooms were fully updated and some not. Not much in the kitchen.
