Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.
Enjoy spectacular water views on your expansive balcony at this Gulf getaway. You’ll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you’re 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.
Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and lots of handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.
Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.
During your stay, you may notice the following:
• Elevator is down in the West Building until further Notice
• Occasional construction noise during daytime hours
• Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies
• Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress
• Changes to walkway access routes around the property
• Active work zones visible in some common areas
• Potential for minor debris related to construction activities
• Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures
(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)
