Awful owner group

While the resort and beach are great. Renting from this owner group was a disaster. They mention that if you stay for more than 4 days, you might need to change rooms to clean the rooms. What they don’t disclose to you is that you might need to do it twice in a weeks time and you don’t just change rooms, you have to check out of your room in the morning and won’t have another room till almost early evening. While on vacation I was on calls and e-mails with owner group and vrbo being assured this wouldn’t happen to me and the other family staying with us. Unfortunately, it did. The resort mentioned to us that this happens all of the time through this ownership group via VRBO. You are free to call and verify with the resort.

False advertising BEWARE

This stay COMPLETELY unacceptable. No one takes ANY accountability for any of the issue(s) we’ve experienced. Quite frankly, I feel like false promises were made on MULTIPLE accounts. I booked the hotel months ago anticipating rates going up, and then we find out the day before our last day that you are not able to accommodate us our last night, after reassuring texts that They would make the third night work and not to worry . Long story short, I had been stuck with trying to find a room last minute with skyrocketed rates. There’s absolutely no professionalism either. I will not be doing any business with this company EVER again.

The check in a hotel was very slow. Room was clean, but no one came all week to clean or provided us with towels.

View and adult pool

I knew we didn’t have an ocean front view which was fine but our view was the roof with no balcony. I wish we would have knew that ahead of time so we were prepared. If you want a spot at the adult only pool you have to get there by 9. People put towels and belongings on chairs to hold them even though there is a sign that says you can’t. Nobody was enforcing it.

We were expecting a view of the golf as advertised. What we got was a rooftop of pipes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with that.

Enjoyable vacation rental

Great place....very friendly staff....comfy beds and LOTS to do. Only a couple of improvement suggestions .....very low water pressure in shower....no fan vent in bathroom.....on off noisy air conditioners were bad for sleeping. All in all we would highly recommend this venue.

The room was not as advertised. I dejected this property specifically because of the two rooms - one with 2 beds and one with a pull out sofa. There was only one room with 2 beds (no other room, no sofa) which forced me to book another room last minute at the resort rate. SUPER frustrating.

Great experience & mouth watering sunsets!

All staff were awesome. Room upgrade was great birthday surprise! Food was okay, pricey for what you got and not many options since Beef O’Bradys & Bermuda’s we’re closed for remodeling. A nice walk up the beach found other food options. But we weren’t on an eating trip so that wasn’t a big deal to us! Love the grounds and all the things to do. Don’t think there’s any ”bad rooms” in the whole place! Great experience will def return!
