The condo was perfect in every way incredible beach and ocean views pool is perfect great place for families. Restaurants and stores are all very close and convenient to get too. We are already planning our next trip back to this property we loved it there.

The condo itself was great! Easy check in, clean, close to the beach where it’s not crowded at all! They had all the beach essentials. I loved the area but probably wouldn’t book again at Creasant. The pool is not family friendly. They have strict rules and if the residents aren’t enforcing them, they have cameras and come over the speaker to tell you. No floating devices, even if your child can’t swim. No jumping, no toys, no splashing, no throwing a football. Basically nothing a typical kid likes to do in a pool. The elevators are 1000 degrees. Not that they are packed or not easy to get on and off, but the 18th floor seems like a long ride when it’s just as hot as the temp outside with no breeze. We did have an issue with the master bedroom tv. It was stuck on the news and weren’t able to change the station. We tried to fix the problem ourselves by changing batteries, using other remotes and nothing would work. We did request someone to look at it and with 2 days of them telling us they would send someone up and no one showed, we gave up. Another thing was the lighting. Every light was super bright making night time difficult to adjust. It was either dark or bright. No in between. The lamps even had the brightest bulbs. Not a huge deal but just an adjustment we weren’t use to. Overall the condo was nice but probably wouldn’t book again based on my family ages. The pool was the biggest thing and the little amenities. More of a retirement club then family friendly.
