I have come to the Cambria every year at least twice for vacation and this time it was just terrible. They are still on COVID times of not cleaning rooms daily. You have to request it. I requested it 4 times in order to have my room finally cleaned. Twice in person and twice via text. They didn’t seem apologetic or care at all. The staff at breakfast is rude and inefficient; slow and forgets anything you tell them. I expressed how unhappy I was twice over text when they checked up and they didn’t even bother to text back! Meanwhile it’s mother’s day weekend and we’re traveling with a baby and we can’t even get new fresh towels. Next time we will go to the courtyard Marriott right behind them! Just as convenient and for sure has daily housekeeping.

This hotel is amazing. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The valet guys were gentlemen. Absolutely recommend staying here. Beautiful stay. Loved it and will go back.

Good property but seems starting to age even though it is only 4 years old. The maintenance seems not that great. Some of the staff is unfriendly though most of them are.

Great location. Nice bar up on the roof. A little pricy but a nice view. The single King room in nice and clean when i checked in. They even let me in 4 hours early because the room was ready.

Second time I’ve stayed here - love the pool with view from sixth floor. Rooms are new and clean. Don the Beachcomber downstairs makes third option for food. Just across from beach. Staff and valet always friendly. Balcony was small but still very nice to have.

Absolutely loved our stay here at Madeira Beach! Such a beautiful hotel and it was so clean! The staff were extremely responsive and respectful our entire stay! We will definitely stay here again, our favorite hotel near the beach!

It’s a nice hotel but our room floor was very dirty. It was tiled flooring and is easily cleaned but it seemed like they might not mop the floors often. We cleaned our room floor with a swiffer wetjet bought from Winn Dixie behind the hotel.

I was here for a solo trip and felt super safe. Hotel was super clean and this is a lot coming from me as I’m a germaphobe. Staff was super nice, checked me in with complimentary champagne, held my luggage on my last day! Only thing was it was a little loud so I kept waking up

Fantastic location and walkable to everywhere including restaurants and the beach! We valet parked and never got back in our car until it was time to leave. The glass of champagne at check in was a nice touch. Beds were comfy. The staff and food at Don the Beachcomer were AMAZING as were all the guys at valet parking. The staff at the rooftop bar always seemed disgruntled, never smiled, and seemed confused on who was suppose to help where. In our bathroom there were other people’s hair in the shower, yuck, and it was very dusty under the bathroom sink with more hair. Overall a good stay and a hotel we’d return to.
