Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a quiet area, with easy access to DTSP. Host is quick to respond and accommodating. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent!

We enjoyed a super comfortable and relaxing escape from winter in this updated, very well stocked home. Fun backyard and easy access to many activities in the St Pete area. Local park was great for dog walking, sport, wildlife and birding. We would highly recommend and return!

Nice little house!

This house is well-maintained and the host is very responsive, and appears to have put a good deal of thought into what their guests might want or need. The big backyard was wonderful for our puppy. Location is convenient to downtown St. Pete and a number of really nice parks.

Amazing, comfortable & best host!

The property is just as pictured and described. Great outdoor space, lovely decor, awesome amenities, and the host is quite frankly the most helpful, communicative, and genuinely nice person I’ve had to pleasure of doing business with. Neighborhood is nice, has a dog park and a convenient store in walking distance, close to downtown, the beaches, the interstate and more. Great location, great home, great host!

Perfect home

Love everything about Brian’s home. Great stay for our second year in a row. Home is continuously upgraded, stocked with everything including bikes and beach chairs/umbrella. Access to pickleball courts and sport and dog park down the road is a bonus. Friendly neighborhood and easy access to all parts of the city. Brian is an excellent host and communicator. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Home Away from Home for the Holidays

Our family has been displaced from our home since September due to the hurricanes. We were thrilled when we found this property where we could enjoy a bit of normalcy over the holidays. Brian was a wonderful host and the property suited all of our needs. Our 6 year old had been a bit stir crazy staying in a hotel. Having his own room and a backyard space (which was beautiful!!!) was beyond helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and worked great for making Christmas dinner and cookies. The usb outlets (which were everywhere) were very helpful. The appliances and grill all worked as expected. Brian reached out on several occasions to check in and make sure we had all that we needed. Overall, it was a great place to be. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Perfect snowbird trial

Great newly renovated bungalow on the Coquina Key, which was a quaint little area to stay for our first time exploring St. Petersburg. Brian is highly communicative and eager to please making sure our stay was perfect for us. All the details have been considered including high end appliances, bikes and beach chairs/towels/umbrella! Everything you need to enjoy the area. Loved it and will be returning for a repeat visit!

Winter Get-a- Way

We had a great experience! The home provided everything we needed for our trip. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog!! Lots of attractions close by. Lovely furnishings. We would definitely come back!!!

Felt like Home! VERY dog & kid friendly!

We loved staying at Brian's house! It was perfect for what we needed - a quiet house with multiple rooms so our baby could sleep and a fenced back yard for our dog. So many great amenities - full kitchen, great big couch for lounging, fire pit in the back yard and very comfortable beds. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Thanks Brian!!
