  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

This is the perfect vacation spot. The pool has a view of the ocean. Guests are friendly and the building is quiet and relaxing. Step out of the gate to the most beautiful beach. Enjoy!

Great location and great ocean views

My sister and I stayed here for a relaxing vacation in St Pete Beach. We enjoyed ourselves. Walking distance to great restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back.

Annual Beach Vacation

Nice condo in a great location. Right on the beach within walking distance to bars/restaurants. Unfortunately, vacation cut short by Hurricane Helene as we had to evacuate the island after only 2 days. We would love to return at a future date!

We loved staying here! This is the first place we have ever stayed at where we were total relaxed n didn't want to go anywhere. Perfect view of the beach and ocean. The apartment was perfect n has all the amenities. The pool was clean and warm. We would highly recommend staying here. I know we will be coming back again!!

We had three adults staying at 105 Caprice. The place was perfect; It is right on the beach; with a pool; and close to everything. Great view of the beach from the balcony. This place would be perfect for two people; but was manageable with three also.

Awesome beach condo

We've been to St Pete many times but this was our first at this particular property. Everything was clean and as advertised. We stayed a full week and enjoyed every minute!

105 Caprice Resort

We had a great time. Weather was perfect, condo not too far from the beach. Only complaint is there are NO POOL HOURS. Had loud people in the pool at 2:00 in the morning. The association needs to enforce pool hours at night.

Our trip was wonderful. Place was as advertised. Added bonus with the chairs and umbrella. Location is great. Only issue was the beach restoration for the entire week. This should have been mentioned when booking. The beach at the condo was not accessible which was a bummer.

Awesome property, marginal room

Outdated/uncomfortable furniture. No fan in bathroom, dirty sheets, asked for different sheets, they had holes. TV in living room died. Facilities were awesome, met some great people. Will be checking out staying there again in different room.

105 Caprice

Overall, the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the layout of the unit and the spectacular view from the balcony. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. However, there was no bathroom fan and it got very hot and steamy in there after every shower. Also, there were no guides for the TVs in the living room and bedroom. It took us days before we could navigate the two different remotes. If those issues were fixed, I'd say the place was excellent.

Winter break

Condo was comfortable, tastefully decorated. Easy access to pool and beach, elevator and steps to parking lot and the surrounding area. Plenty dishes and glassware, however pans for stove were worn. Itrip staff responded quickly. Caprice staff were friendly and answered questions about Caprice and area. The living room slider doesn't lock- don't think anyone could access it from pool as 1st floor is actually one floor up. Tub was slippery- obvious that safety strips had been on bottom at some point. This was mentioned in another review within last year. The Caprice is a gem- the building is a wide horseshoe- blocks wind from NE. The hallways are cement and cool, optimal for summer heat. We loved St. Pete Beach- very walkable area! We enjoyed Rick's Reef- great fresh food at reasonable prices and friendly staff; Woody's- great sunset viewing restaurant/ bar with great food too. Toasted Monkey has great food and live music EVERY NIGHT! We hope to return!
