Awesome Stay!!!

Just booked this past weekend and everything was great!! The house was exactly how it was advertised, super clean and perfect for our group of 11. Jodi was super responsive during the whole weekend and appreciated everything!! We even were able to get early check in which was so sweet. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!

Great stay for a large group

Great property for a large group - we had 11 women and we were comfortably accommodated in the house. The bunk room has its own AC unit and fans to keep the room cool even with the space fully occupied.

Bachelorette Trip

Our group of 11 women had a great time at Jodi's place! It comfortably slept everyone, allowed for group meals, swimming, and other games! Jodi's place was equipped with pool floats, plenty of plastic plates/cups, and refrigerator space to accommodate meals at home. Also close proximity to the beach and about 20-30 minutes from downtown St. Pete.

Awesome

Family lives in Brandon.wedding planned for 2 years. Planned family vacation w/our family staying on St Pete Beach. 2 back hurricanes wrecked our beach reservations. Booked Lightbright with Jodi who was very accommodating and the house was just perfect for my clan. Enjoyed the pool, mini putt putt, outdoor movie, ping pong and took a bike across bridge to beech. Definitely woul/ will tsy

Great location!

Jodi’s House was so nice. Our group consisted of five women. There was plenty of space in the house to relax and unwind. The pool was so refreshing and there was plenty of seating outside in different areas for full sun or shade. All the yard games that she had available was a nice touch. We really liked all the dishes and coffee maker that she had available for her guests. Check in and check out was very easy and not stressful whatsoever. We rented a car, location was prime for beaches and restaurants. It was so nice to have all of the beach supplies available to us (chairs, coolers, towels). All the photo op areas around the house and outside was a nice touch. We would have movie nights on the couch every night that we were in, unfortunately, the living space in the living room was a little tight and definitely would not be able to accommodate 12 guests on the couch or living area (luckily, there was only five of us, and we fit perfectly on the couch). Overall, we would stay here again due to the amenities and close proximity to beaches and restaurants!
