Check-in:
Please check-in at 4pm or after.
This house is professionally cleaned between 11am-4pm and checking in early without permission can hinder the efforts of our cleaning service as well as necessary house maintenance.
You will be messaged a four digit door code the day of your check-in via the app.

Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Check-out:
Please check-out by 11am.
We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm.
A $100 fee (per hour) will be assessed for late check out .

We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish.
Please double check that windows are shut and locked and lock the front door when you check-out.

Before check out:

Please check the house and do not leave dirty dishes and cooked food in the house. Please empty all trash cans before check out.
Please DO NOT take used sheets off of beds. It will be enough if you just leave your beds unmade so we can see which beds were being used. Also, we’ll be grateful if you put all the used and/or dirty towels in a hamper.

Please make sure you read the house rules below before booking.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited/not allowed inside this house.
Please clean grill after use as a courtesy to the next guests.

Pets are not permitted in the house or on the premises. No exceptions will be made.
Please no party. A town noise ordinance is enforced from 10:00p.m. through 7:00a.m. Outdoor music and loud talking, or other disruptive behavior, is not permitted past 10:00p.m
No use our property for business.
Please make sure to remove shoes after entering into the our house, because we strive to keep our carpets clean at all times.

We can provide the jacuzzi for a minimum of 4 days($ 30 per night). To prepare the hot tub has an extra fee of $120 (it will be include 4 days). This fee covers the cost of service, cleaning and preparation of water with the necessary components+ heating the hot tub. If you don't want the jacuzzi option just let us know and we will refund you for this option (if the site system automatically calculates the jacuzzi option for you and adds it to your payment). It’s optional, and we leave the choice to you.
