The lady at the front desk when we checked in was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel overall could really use a refreshing makeover. Also, the WiFi was not strong enough to stream movies or watch tv shows on a fire stick, which a movie night in the room was really what we were looking forward to. Besides the appearance of the facility, the bathroom was very clean and so was the room. Overall, I would come back for a quick stay, 1 night, but for anything longer I would look for other options

The hotel had stained carpet. People were smoking, even though you weren’t suppose to there was a half inch gap in the door and light and cigarette smoke poured into the room. Vagrants in the parking lot at night. The staff were wonderful though.

This property was by far the WORST experience I’ve had with Expedia booking. It was so old, smelly and unkept I checked in and checked out all within 5 minutes. We didn’t feel safe at all. Not to mention the dirty towels hung in the room, an open soap box, cracked toilet and the walls falling apart with water damage. The people/ guests walking around the hotel were less than desirable. And the smell was just as undesirably unpleasant. There was a vacant fast food restaurant as you come into the property where “people” were just camped out under the drive thru. Expedia, please take this MOTEL OFF your list and Wyndham needs to have a full inspection of this property. The only nice thing I can say is that the front desk attendant Walter said it was no problem and was very apologetic and confirmed that he would make sure that I would get my money refunded.

Room smelled like smoke and the window did not close all the way, letting a lot of outside noise into the room. The staff members were nice but the hotel needs some attention from a handyman.
