A little piece of heaven on Earth

Lovely Stay

Two lifelong friends traveling together for a relaxing vacation. As 2 senior adult friends, we appreciated having our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. There were beach chairs for our use (wish we had known ahead of time for planning) but no umbrella. These were not promised, just a note for future renters. The kitchen had plenty of dishes so we only ran the dishwasher a couple of times. We didn't do any cooking but it seemed to have anything I would have needed to prepare meals. The pool was big and very clean and there was always space on the beach, although the weekends seemed to be a meetup for local groups and was more crowded. We found over 200 sand dollars in the gulf which was a highlight of our trip. Towels and linens were provided by a service and were not at all soft, kind of uncomfortable to dry off after a day at the beach. The t.v. and internet service worked well for us and the family room was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the gulf. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we hope to be able to return next year.

Amazing Beach Retreat

This property is quiet and well maintained. It has a gorgeous beachfront view and excellent accessibility to the beach. We appreciated the security provided and help at the guard gate. The condo itself is super efficient, awesome appliances and and nicely furnished. The management company is very professional. Cannot wait to return!

Get away week on Gulf coast!

Very impressed with property, pool, beach, condo, and location! We loved that we could ride our bikes to restaurants and bars that were less than 1-1/2 miles away. Pool and hot tub were very good. The condo was very relaxing and beautiful layout. The sunset and after sunset relaxing on the deck was the priceless!

Beautiful property

Loved almost everything about this property. The cleaning company needs to be replaced. Dirty dishes in cabinet, dirty shower for our girls. Those were only complaints, other than that the property and the location is absolutely gorgeous!

Perfect for Families

10/10 would recommend!! Great location at the south end of Treasure Island on the water. Pool was great for two kids to swim and play! Property was in perfect shape. We would absolutely stay again!

Great location for Relaxing

We love Treasure Island and Lands End. This was our first time renting this condo and it was nice, but the bed was terrible. I like a firm mattress, but this was like sleeping on a concrete slab. Luckily, the view and other amenities still warrant 5 stars! We will definitely return to Lands End, but won’t rent this unit due to the bed. The owners seriously need to upgrade the mattress!

Treasure Island Perfect

What a beautiful condo and the location is perfect. Overlooks the Gulf with views of the best sunsets. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The resort offers so much for families, fun and relaxing.

Family Vacation

Property was as described as in the details. Issues I had with the unit was the floors needed a good cleaning all ceramic tile throughout the unit which is best for the beach but you could not go barefoot. Only provided 1 washcloth per person but 2 bath towels per person? For a week of vacation, need more towels made available. You're on vacation, not there to do laundry everyday. Placed a call to the rental office and they provided 1 additional washcloth per person so 2 washcloths per person for a full week of stay. I have rented units all over the US and have never had a unit that skimped on towels, Also the bed sheets were terrible, like sandpaper. They could do better on linens and towels, both. The complex was nice, clean and very quiet and being at the end of the peninsula was very nice, even though I witnessed 5 people during our stay using the restroom on the beach in front of our unit between the beach and the yard. I guess these people had no idea anyone was watching them from their balcony but it's pretty much an open area. Treasure Island provided a lasting impression on me that I will not be back. Sad to say, our first family vacation since COVID had to be like this.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had one of the best vacations here - the condo was perfect! Amazing location, away from a lot of the crowds which we look for as we have 2 children. Felt very safe. Perfect views from the balcony! Quiet. Clean. We've already booked our next stay in this unit!

Family Getaway

Property grounds are very clean, nice pool. The association rules are firm. The beach is beautiful so balcony views were amazing. The unit could use a good dusting, updated beds, furniture, and coffee maker.

A good find.

This place is in a great location on Treasure Island with views from the top floor. It is tastefully decorated with relatively new bathrooms as well as the kitchen, which are beautiful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need with pretty dishes and glassware. A lot of thought went into the design. The size was perfect for 4 people. The beach there is nice but we did have the pleasure of a huge dredger working at the pass all week with tugs stirring up the water. Our only complaint was due to cleanliness. The rugs, throw pillows, chairs and the bedspreads were dirty. The teal rug in the bathroom was black and the cleaners must not have vacuumed much as there was hair, crumbs and sand on the floors. Our grandchild literally had black hands and feet from crawling on the floor. We tried to use the vacuum but it was clogged. We attempted to clean the filter but it still did not work. The portable vac’s batteries were dead so we were unable to use that either. The last day we had fun due to a water main break which meant we had no water for 15 hours. Not complaining, it just was a pain that day. All in all, if the place had been cleaner, I would have rated this a 5 as it is over and above your typical rental!
