Wonderful property

We just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful property. The condo was very spacious, clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. We especially enjoyed watching the amazing sunsets on the balcony every evening. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely go back ourselves.

A wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful Gulf views! Condo tastefully and comfortably decorated. Well-equipped. The buildings, pool and beach show no signs of any damage from hurricanes. Walking distance to Columbia restaurant and boardwalk shops. Folks at Sandy Feet were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Has it all!

Beautiful, clean, spacious unit with huge TV's and comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen, beach towels, toiletries and makeup mirrors. Quiet with amazing views and relaxing patio furniture to enjoy coffee and sunsets. Dining within walking distance. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Perfect vacation !

We just got back and had a fabulous time. This property has everything you need and then some. Extremely well equipped, very clean, right on the beach, and gorgeous window views everywhere. Kitchen is fully stocked, and beds were super comfortable. Saw the best sunset I’ve ever seen. I would definitely come back!!

Spring break get away

Had a great time! Pictures were very accurate. Condo was very secure, clean, quiet and very well supplied! Communication with property management was very prompt! Loved the area. Not as many restaurants right by the condo but appreciated the ones there and less congested than over the causeway or down by Indian shores!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Condo in Clearwater on the ocean. the unit was neat clean and perfect for our family getaway. We were attending a wedding in the area and the place was perfect. The facilities were exceptional. The views were beautiful. The place was very tranquil ,and was nice to relax , located on a quiet beach, the facilities had a workout room a sauna, and a hot tub inside as well as a beautiful pool outside and hot tub which was well received. The condo was a beautiful three bedroom beautiful set up overlooking the ocean on the balcony, beautiful furniture, beautiful kitchen absolutely would go back again.

Crescent Beach Club 3G

The property is beautiful, has great amenities such as gym, pool, spa, steam room, pool table and tennis/pickleball court. We used them all. Our condo was super nice with all updated bathrooms and kitchen and very well equipped. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Sandy Feet was so great to work with. Very attentive and very responsive! I will be reaching out again to work with them!!

Spectacular View!

Main balcony had comfy lounge chairs and breathtaking view. Tasteful decor. Well stocked kitchen. My personal requirements: (1) Plenty Hot Water-check! (2) Good Shower water pressure-check! (3) Bedside reading lamps- check! BEWARE the facility outdoor hot tub! Waaaay over-chlorinated. Turned my navy swimsuit Gray!

wonderful location and beach and condo

the beach is wonderful in July, with water warmer than air, beach full of life with fish, coquina, and crabs. also many shells to be collected. beach was never crowded. beach short walk away. it is the best beach vacation! condo is well stocked, even the quilts were cleaned between rentals which gives that extra safety and comfort feeling. our family wants to return for sure. this is the first condo I stayed where I felt the host was thinking for the renter what would be needed and surely upon arrival, everything was there! Parking indoors in shade was very nice too. facility is wonderful. Maintenance people and other residents in the building always very friendly. We also visited honeymoon island park which was a short drive away. Overall this stay was just superb both in beach and accommodation. It was new experience to use the no touch toilet flush too. We also played tennis and used gym. Highly recommend it!

PERFECT PLACE

Our family enjoyed the stay on Sand Key at CBC 1-3G. The condo was immaculate and the furniture all in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and I especially appreciated the cards placed around telling me the bedding was all freshly laundered including quilts etc.( A question at some condos.) The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking and cleaning products and little things such as salt/pepper and seasonings. Our favorite area was the large balcony with comfy seating. Great area for coffee, happy hour and beautiful sunsets. The pool area was very nice and easy access to beach. Great for walking. The entire CBC facility was all well kept and very secure. Also, the location of this condo was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Jolley Trolley stop is in front of CBC and most convenient. I had rented last year from Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals and the team was very helpful and I decided to call them again this year. Not disappointed, as they came through for us again and we were happy with their choice. They are a hands on team and any questions or problems ...they are available. Sandy Feet was concerned our A/C was not working properly and immediately they had technicians to fix. Great Service Looking Forward To A Return Visit... Thank You

The unit was beautiful!! also the beach, sunsets, pool, and amenities!!! If you needed anything or even wanted some information, the Sandy Feet crew was always a phone call away and happy to help!!! We enjoyed the unit so much we donated $65.00 in fishing poles as amenities. We will be back!!

Gold standard of vacation rentals

This was by far the best rental we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was fully stocked as it should be but that isn't always the case once you arrive to your destination. Extra towels & blankets are plentiful, I've stayed at so many places that has nothing and I'm a freeze baby. It was clean & just as it is pictured as many know that isn't always the case.

A beautiful place to celebrate with someone you love!

This place is so beautiful! The layout is spacious and inviting from the moment you open the door. Recently redecorated throughout, each room is comfortable and has a balcony facing the most gorgeous beach or overlooking the bay. We loved the easy access to the beach, saltwater swimming pool and hot tub. The kitchen was equipped with every kitchen tool, cookware, dishes, etc. you might need - even down to detergent and paper products. We ate every meal on the balcony - just could not get enough of the beautiful view. Our favorite things: gorgeous sunsets on the beach! showering in the master bath with its glass wall facing the beach!! the “magic” toilets that flush with a wave of your hand! the beach-theme décor everywhere! the most comfortable bed EVER!
