This newly remodeled and freshly refurnished luxury 1-bedroom second floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Madeira and Redington Gulf Beaches. The property features a cozy living room with a sofa bed and smart tv, a fully equipped kitchen (featuring: Viking and Sub-zero appliances, Ninja coffeemaker with dual drip and pod brewing, stovetop espresso and teapot), a plush Sleep Number split-king bed in the bedroom- that you can adjust to your comfort preference, a 47in wall mount smart tv and walk-in closet with clothes hangers, iron and iron board. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with 1 rainmaker showerhead and 1 adjustable/handheld showerhead, hair dryer and plenty of large fluffy bath towels and face cloths. Starlink wifi. Dedicated outdoor grilling area. Private parking/private entrance with electronic gate access. EV charging station for your convenience (additional costs apply). Beach towels and chairs.
