A newly updated interior, as well as a private pool and back yard, await in this four-bedroom ranch-style home. This spacious home features all new furnishings and is perfect for family activities, with an open floorpan encouraging togetherness. The kids will want to start the day in the pool while you grab a cup of coffee from the mini coffee bar and relax on the screened-in lanai.

When everyone gets hungry, a gorgeously updated kitchen with loads of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, makes breakfast prep a breeze. Dine together at the table for eight or pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar to keep mealtime casual. If you’re not heading straight back out to the pool, you’re only around four miles from the beach.

After a day of working on your tan or exploring the area, head home to relax in the central AC. Throw something on the gas grill for dinner, and get comfortable on the sectional while you stream your favorite shows. If you can’t agree on what to watch, each of the four bedrooms also features a flatscreen TV.

The main suite features a king bed and en suite bathroom; two queens and a bedroom with matching twins share bathroom access. After a fun day out, the best place to end the day is around the fire pit outside (wood is provided). Another perfect vacation day tomorrow is in store for tomorrow – all that’s left to do is book.

Overall everything was excellent…space was great for our six adults. Loved the pool and outdoor patio. Overall beds were comfortable kitchen space was great for gatherings and making meals.The one downfall was they lacked some basic supplies in a VRBO. They had laundry, but there was no soap. We were only given three rolls of toilet paper for a week stay for six adults so we ended up having to supply that ourselves based on the response, I got from the management. There was no tinfoil or saran wrap or cooking oil. So basic things that have generally been supplied at other places were not there. The Teflon pans need desperately to be replaced as they’re flaking and old. I did make the management aware of this. Regardless, I would still rent the same house if we decide to come back to the same area. I just know I’d have to bring a few more supplies than I’m used to.

Clean and well taken care of property. Great location to get to everywhere we needed throughout our stay. The pool was quite cold so we didn't really use it, but the pool area is a great place to relax. We would definitely return.

I love how clean a vacasa house is! It was well decorated and modern. Very big inside and lots of open space! Pool was great as well as the outdoor patio for relaxing and dining.

This house fit our family of 8 perfect. We sure enjoyed it. A few things to know…..the pool is NOT heated . Was freezing cold. The grill did not cook evenly. We had to buy dish towels/cloths, trash bags and toilet paper.

Overall the house was great. Enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was awesome. We had an issue with lights (ceiling lights and fans) in the master bedroom and bathroom along with the living room. We started contacting the management company and 230 and finally heard from someone around 6. They gave us access to the electrical panel and flipped the breaker. Problem solved. We attempted to use the pull out sofa bed which was broken so we could not use that. Again still enjoyed the house but really only slept 8

Pool area lacked cleanliness upon arrival (dirty dishes, garbage, broken finger nails, Dr ) Property does not have a fire pit, even though listing says it does. Property has broken closet door & dishwasher does not clean.

The house was in a great location and overall everything was pretty good. We did have an issue when we arrived with one of the two showers in the house not functioning because the handle was broke. Customer service said they were waiting for a part but unfortunately, it was not fixed until our last night at the house. Also the pool was a bit dirty and the skimmer was too old with giant holes in it so we did request for the pool to be cleaned and that also did not happen during the week. Aside from some of those customer service issues with this property manager, the house was still very nice and had what we needed. We did receive a small refund for having one shower not function which helped.

I do not authorize my review to be made public. But for the homeowner, Master bedroom shower was broken when we got there. Plumber came out day three and said he had to order a part so we only had one shower in the house. That was the biggest bummer. Other than that the lower part of the grill was full of grease, which resulted in the grill catching on fire and overheating we cleaned it but needs to be cleaned prior to guest arrival IMO. Overall, it was a great property with one unforeseeable issue being the shower..

Overall we had an excellent stay. The home was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out or hang together. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. It is as our first time using VRBO and it was very positive. We did have contact with the property management company to let the know the master bath shower was not working, handle just spun around and never turned on and the master toilet needs to be tighten down with new Johnny bolts. They offered to send someone out but we told them we would be fine for our stay. That being said we were perfect and enjoyed the property!

This is a nice property close to the beaches but far enough away to get away from the crowds. Nice quiet neighborhood with grocery store close. Beds were comfortable and a tv in each bedroom. Nice pool in back.

Overall i had a good stay besides the maintenance person never came to fix the faucet in the main bathroom. So it was a big inconvenience turn on and off the water from the outside. Poor service.

Enjoyed the amenities at this home and the location was fine. Lots of room, comfortable beds, kitchen had dishes and items for cooking. Great pool area. Requested sheets for 2 of the beds where they didn't appear to be clean. Ice dispenser didn't work, Secondary bathroom sink and shower were slow to drain. Couldn't figure out how to use the garbage disposal. Cleaning lady left the propane on when she cleaned the grill and left the coffee pot on, both which were on for 6 hours and discovered once we returned to the home.

My family and I go to clearwater area every year for vacation. We typically stay somewhere close. This house was great! Looked exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and clean. Fairly good arrangement of utensils. Tons of towels/blankets/pillows!! In case anyone is wondering….there are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house, and the master with the bathroom is on the other side of the house. That was nice being on our own side away from the louder kids lol! The rooms are nice sized. There is a pull out bed in the sitting room by the bedrooms. The couch in the living room is not a pull out bed. The pool was clean. Any pool cleaner/maintenance people that came…were in and out and very friendly. I messaged the owner for more paper towels and garbage bags and they brought them out the next morning! They are very responsive and friendly. Overall, it was worth every penny! Very nice, clean and close to just about everything. The house is very open. My only suggestions would be… please put a curtain up in the master bedroom. I felt very little to no privacy seeing there were no curtains on the doors going out to the pool. Granted, the whole place is privacy fenced in…it would still be nicer w curtains. Providing laundry soaps and dishwashing liquids and dish soap would be nice as well. There was a tiny little bottle of dishwashing soap and 3 dishwashing tablets. That didn’t last long lol. Provide baking dishes! There were none! We like to cook so that made it difficult.

Nice quiet neighborhood with beautiful pool. Wish owner provided instructions for household electronics, ceiling fans, remotes, etc. since the operation of these was not intuitive. Had to contact VACASA twice in 4 day stay for assistance and unfortunately they are not set up for quick turnaround. Some problems were resolved 2 days after reporting and one problem was never resolved, loss of Internet connection. Last problem was very disappointing since we could not use our phones nor tv streaming. House did not have cable. Without these issues the house would have been ideal.

The house location, size, and pool are wonderful. It was very clean. The amenities were fine but there was not any coffee or tissues provided and we did not realize that until the next morning. We saw the coffee maker and coffee filters and tea bags but no coffee. The toilets were wobbly, so the bolts or ? need attention. The electrical outlets did not work in one of the bedrooms but we did not have access to a circuit breaker box.
