This newly renovated and GORGEOUS 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit has a beautiful layout and located on the first floor and the is ideal for families and couples alike! Kitchen is fully equipped with every necessity! Beach chairs, and beach towels all supplied! Walk to your favorite restaurants!

This gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath with beach access is literally right across the street and situated in the beautiful, sandy white beaches of North Redington Beach. This first floor unit is fully renovated and is the ideal place for families and couples alike! Step out your front door and look to your right. The sugar white sand beach is there, just steps away! Every bedroom has a he tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your necessities! Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas supplied! Building boasts a pool and fully equipped gym. There is an 1800 sq foot lanai area that offers tables, lounging, grill out area and it’s the perfect space to sip on your morning coffee. Dolphin watching, fishing, and all the beach activities await! Walk to all your favorite restaurants! Fabulous location! Great shopping and restaurants like Salt Rock Grill and even St John’s Pass is just 6 minutes away!

Great beach stay

We used it as a home base to spend time with family who was staying nearly across the street on the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Anything you could need was there including consumables. Quiet apartment complex. Decent parking. No complaints. Great experience.
