Ocean Dream and Ocean Blue are adjacent properties, each offering a private splash pool and a private porch for your enjoyment. While the pool patio and wood deck are shared spaces, each villa ensures your privacy and comfort throughout your stay. For those who crave adventure on the water, we're thrilled to provide 2 kayaks and 1 paddleboard available for guest use.

The ground floor of this charming retreat welcomes you with a spacious and modern fully equipped kitchen. Experience culinary delight in our well-appointed kitchen. Our kitchen boasts a state-of-the-art dual oven setup, allowing you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously, saving you time and ensuring your meals are served piping hot. Elevate your culinary skills with our versatile gas griddle and indoor grill. Whether you're whipping up pancakes for breakfast or grilling up your favorite barbecue recipes, these features offer endless culinary possibilities. We've thought of everything to make your stay memorable, from the butcher block kitchen island, perfect for meal prep and casual dining, to the array of Keurig coffee maker, ensuring your morning brew is always just the way you like it. Kitchen also includes warming rack and 5 burner gas cooking. With counter seating for four.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the dining area (seats 8 guests) where you can savor your culinary creations with the backdrop of breathtaking beach views.

The large living area is a haven of relaxation with comfortable seating, 55 inch smart tv and sliders that open up directly to the porch facing the gulf. Let the gentle sea breeze fill the space as you unwind on comfortable furnishings and soak in the mesmerizing vistas. Whether you're watching the sunset, reading a book, or simply enjoying the company of loved ones, this living area offers it all. The living room also has a sofa bed.

The first floor offers a cozy bedroom with a Queen size bed and a hallway bathroom with a shower, providing convenient and private accommodations for guests.

As you ascend to the second floor, you'll discover three additional bedrooms. Each room is tastefully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day of beachside adventures and it includes premium Cool Gel mattresses. With ample space and thoughtful amenities, these bedrooms offer comfort and tranquility.

Second bedroom is a kids bedroom has 2 bunk beds, 1st bunk bed is a twin over twin and a trundle (3 twins), second bunk bed has a full in the bottom and a twin in the top. Third bedroom has a King size bed.

The primary bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with King size bed and a trundle bed, perfect set up for a family. It also has a beautiful ensuite bath, large 65 inch smart tv and sliders opening to a private covered balcony room overlooking the Gulf and beaches.

The villa sleeps a total of 13 guests.

Game room: The garage has been converted into a super cool game room with a pool table and a fooseball table and plenty of comfortable seating.

- 2 cars max on the driveway
- This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.
- The kayaks and paddleboard are shared with the property next door.
- Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes
- Please Note: Ocean Dream and Ocean Blue are two adjacent properties that share a pool patio area and direct beach access. Ocean Blue is located on the north side, while Ocean Dream is on the south side. Each property has its own designated section of the pool, and the pool itself is divided by a wall inside the water to provide separation for guests.
