Direct Gulf front condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The private balcony overlooking the sugary sand beach of Indian Shores has sliding doors from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room is an open floorplan concept with large Roku smart TV along with cable and Blu-ray player. Freshly painted and new decor added in 2021 make this an inviting vacation get-a-way. The dining table is perfect for family meals and game nights too. The beachside master bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable, sliding glass door to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. There is a washer and dryer right in the condo, no need to overpack. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double beds and a TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds (memory foam mattresses 2021) and a Roku smart TV. The kitchen is fully appointed with all the amenities of home. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to the US and Canada. The community features a beach-side heated pool and hot tub. There are two gas grills for you to use. This is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo. The Beach Trolley/Bus stop is right in front of the building for easy access from St. Pete to Clearwater Beach. There is a very popular Caddy's Pub/Restaurant on the Intracoastal with outdoor and indoor dining directly across the street. Many other restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. Putt-Putt golf just down the street less than a mile. Assigned parking space, limited guest spaces. Please ask your rental manager about FREE weekday bicycle use and FREE unlimited DVD movies.

Convenient location

Stay was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient to everywhere. Condo is greatly outdated !! Furniture needs to be updated...didn't really like having to sit on outdoor wicker chairs in the living area. Single beds in the one bedroom are basically cots. Make it a bit more homey and comfortable for the $$. Would consider staying again with needed upgrades or lower rate.

Pros: Good location, excellent views, nice balcony, nicely decorated and fairly well equipped. Cons: 2nd bathroom was pretty bad, Kitchen needs an update, missing pillowcases and cleaning supplies and some furniture needs replacing.

Condo needs updates and parking is a nightmare

The property management company was great. The condo average with some run down furniture. Parking was a nightmare. We received a map with one assigned place and a guest pass to park for guest. They had overflow parking at the rental office. The security guard went around telling people the parking map was incorrect and guest spaces on the map were incorrect. Towing was a constant threat to all guests all week. He couldn't even tell us where we could find the guest spaces and the displayed parking map was removed from the display case. I Spoke to the property management company and they were not aware the condo HOA changed parking GUEST spaces. It wasn't fun worrying about my children's cars being towed or running anyone back and forth to the office if they wanted to enjoy shops or restuarant at the beach. Every condo should have two assigned spots. I just had to come home to relax from my stressful vacation. The security guard lit the gas grills to burn off food and walked away. It caught fire and my husband and another renter had to turn off the gas to prevent a explosion. We called the management office right away. The security guard wasn't worried about all the neighborhood kids or beach goers in the condo pool. It wasn't secured in Any way. Large cookouts in the pool area with clearly marked signs that stated no food or drink in the pool area. The security guard was nowhere to be found then either. Our air conditioner went out but the property manager sent someone right away. It seemed like sand castle one and three were better than sand castle 2! Just my two cents...

We had a nice time with family away from the crowds. PSTA was free during our stay so getting around was convenient.

The complex and its location we’re great. The individual unit was a big disappointment. Mattresses awful, washer an dryer broken, slider to outside old and not thick enough. Lots of loud outside noise. Bathroom fans loud.

Condo was ok. Furniture could use updating. Good view stayed on 3rd level better view from higher floors. Beach was nice go down elevator quick walk to beach. Great restaurant across the street. When for spring training and it was cancelled.

Not Bad

Toilets are the older, smaller round type and may need getting used to. Only 1 roll of paper towels provided for the whole week, so make sure to buy some. Front right burner was flaky, would not heat up with a heavy pot of water to boil pasta. Even though you are being changed a clean up fee, they expect the trash to be thrown out, dishes washed, and kitchen clean. Guest parking is at a premium, but you can park at the realtors office approx 1 mile away.
