Wonderful family home

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation! The kids had a blast playing in the pool! There were lots of beach toys that we used to go play at the beach, the house is very well equipped with everything you might need!

Nice place.

We had a wonderful time overall. A really lovely place. Great location. All the amenities.Fairly clean. Although, house could have used a deep cleaning. A better quality of sheets & pillows would be a great benefit to the stay. Still would recommend as a comfortable place.

My favorite VRBO so far

This place is stunning! It had all the things we needed. They thought of virtually everything. The guest host was very responsive and so professional and helpful. I doubt I could possibly come up with enough compliments. Very impressed! My family had the best time together! Thank you all so much for your hard work!

Just about everything you need!

This property was equipped with just about everything you could need. It was clear the owners want you to have a great experience. From a high chair to a children's plates/bowls, a shower seat, beach toys, and every type of appliance or cooking item you could need, it was there. It is located in a great location and was convenient to get around to all that we had planned for the week. A couple of opportunities: - The pool person showed up in an unmarked van and entered the backyard without knocking on the door to inform us they were there for service. It caught my mother off-guard, as she was in the pool swimming when the man walked back. - Some of the towels were quite worn, had holes, or had some stains on them. Probably time to toss them and replace them. - There is a lip on the floor from the main level to the master, and from the pingpong area back into the main area. This need to be marked with colored/reflective tape. The lips blend in with the floor and everyone tripped more than once moving between these areas. - Two of the puzzles were missing pieces so you couldn't actually complete them. - The side bedrooms got quite hot. So much so that it was hard to sleep at night or be in your room with the doors closed. Even with ceiling fans on high, the heat of the day is too much to cool. The rooms need blackout curtains, and having box fans on site in each closet would help to keep it cool. - The air conditioner cannot be lowered below 72/73 degrees.

Great place to stay

Would definitely recommened this home for anyone staying in the area. House is nice, neighborhood is quiet and near lots of great areas. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The house was nice but the pool was dirty when we got there they came tuesday and cleaned it. The sheets on the beds are to small need better sheets. And the toilet in the master bathroom leaked at the bottom had to put a towel around it. I loved the location and the furnishings were nice. Once the pool was cleaned out we enjoyed the pool. Also the floors were filthy our socks were black.

The stay was wonderful there was just one concern We had a 3 bedroom house 1 of the beds were not cleaned before we got there There was red hair in the bedsheets and a stain on the quilt So we washed it ourselves and the stain came out Other than that incident everything was great Thank you

Cozy House

The property was great. We stayed here while we were having our popcorn ceilings removed. We loved the location because it was 6 minutes from our home. The home was pretty clean. I’m certainly a clean freak so it would probably be considered very clean for someone who doesn’t notice the little things. The only issues I can really say is that the communication with the property manager was lacking. We were given the wrong trash pick up days and and the pool was not cleaned weekly as it was supposed to be. When I contacted the manager he did promptly get intouch with the pool company to make sure they cleaned the pool. We unfortunately had a flood at our home while staying at this property and could not move back home like planned. Tried to extend the check out time but unfortunately the manager would not work with us because someone was checking in that evening. We left the property cleaner than when we arrived though. Would totally recommend this house to friends and family.
