Great vacation. Awesome spot.

First time in the area and it did not disappoint. The property was very clean, quiet, and convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations. We will return and look forward to our next stay.

Great stay..

This property is located in a great location in the heart of St Pete Beach. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The property is very well maintained and the unit was well equipped and very clean. Would highly recommend and will return.

Mid-April stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed on the 3rd floor in a nice unit that was clean and had most everything we needed and we loved that it was across from the beach. The pool area at night was very noisy which carried up to our place, so be prepared for that. People were friendly.

That's property was clean and had a great layout. We utilized the kitchen which was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking equipment. The amenities were great with a wonderful pool and equipment to play in the water. We would stay in this property again for sure.

Close to beach with all the amenities

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. It was a short walk to the beach, which is great with a toddler. And then when he needed a nap, we went back to the room and went swimming at the pool. We had a rental car which made traveling more convenient, but the grocery store is nearby and there are enough restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that it fair it was updated but the shower faucet and showerhead were not secured to wall, the water temperature from kitchen sink was hardly not. However, i would likely stay there again.

The condo was nice. The twin beds were not comfortable. The king size room was very comfortable. The sofas were very uncomfortable. They seem to be broken down and were very hard to get up from them due to how they sink down when you sit on them. It would have been nice to have more than two beach chairs. When I inquired before we got there we were told there were 4. Also I have always had a wagon or beach cart provided to travel to beach since it is across the street. We had to make a couple of trips to take cooler chairs and beach items. Overall better than some I have stayed. Enjoyed manatees.

Perfect vacation home away from home!

Views from the balcony are beautiful overlooking the pool area and bay, path to St Pete’s beach is directly across the street, walking distance to groceries, restaurants and beach shops. We loved our stay! Our condo had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and toys all included. There are tennis rackets and balls available at the office. Bedrooms were spacious, plenty of closet and storage space and washer and dryer right in the unit! Extra towels and tons of extra blankets in closets. We will definitely be back! Note that only one roll of paper towels is included and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We just picked up some extra when we got groceries. The property is very well maintained. Every morning the maintenance man is out cleaning up and putting things in order. Grounds crews were there frequently maintaining trees, lawn and landscape. Security was there on weekends to maintain safety and security. Quiet hours are enforced and everyone was super respectful. My only complaint is that the condo wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. There was trash behind the dresser and old towels under it which we discovered when we accidentally bumped it and moved it slightly. The closet where the chairs and things were kept had obviously not been cleaned or cleaned out for a very long time. The seat cushions on the dining chairs were worn and mismatched and the pillows on the couches were ripped. Overall though this was the perfect place for our family get away and we will DEFINITELY be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 308 is needing a fresh look. Wooden patio furniture was filthy and metal patio furniture was rusty and in need of paint. Window coverings were is serious need of replacement. Generally tired overall.

Was better years ago.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've been staying here for 15 years.. initially with my mom and now my husband and i bring our kids. I was disappointed with the lack of kitchen ware and hospitality. They used to be willing to hold luggage in the office if you had an early or late flight but are unwilling to do so anymore. I was also disappointed with the fact that 2 days of pooltime were lost due to a birthday party and a Bachelorette party where it was mainly a large group of intoxicated adults in an environment i didn't want my kids around. I think management or ownership has turned hands and it shows. We love the location and sunrise condos are spacious but for the increase in price there sure has been a decrease in hospitality.

Wonderful!

Reviewer Comments: We didn’t get in till 3 AM because of delayed flights getting into the room was easy the directions and confirmations/communications from the team were great. The condo itself was lovely nicely decorated. I did not see it till morning but The place looks like it might need a better cleaning- They had a cleaning crew come quickly and take cate of it - Also the security arm on the door was broken But as soon as I let them know they came up and fix that- they responded very quickly. Dawn and Nancy are wonderful to work with. I loved the views from the balcony on the front in the back of the building access to the beach was easy across the street. The pool area is lovely. Met some wonderful people. I will definitely be staying here again!
