Walk to Everything

Perfect location, close to everything. Cozy, quiet and the hostess provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great communication as well. Great parking options and easy checkin and checkout.

Great Location

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. Everything was within walking distance and anything we needed was supplied. Communication with the owner was very easy.

Location is perfect for experiencing Downtown St. Petersburg!

This charming condo welcomed us and made us feel at home. Since it was a cold January, we appreciated the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The view from the front patio is beautiful! Our hostess was awesome! One note to keep in mind is to be prepared to climb stairs to reach this gem.

Park once and walk1

Arrived on Monday, January 20th - parked the car across the street and have had no need to move it until I depart on January 25. The location is perfect. Food, drink and shopping everywhere. St. Pete is a wonderful and safe town. Will definitely be back next winter. The condo is very clean and the host provided all the basics needed for a short stay. Two Publix grocery stores nearby. Perfect place for 1 or 2 people to thoroughly enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay there. The apartment was clean cozy. The balcony was a great place to hang out. The only thing I have to say that I didn’t care for was the bedroom had no door and the bathroom door did not lock not good for privacy. those were the only two things that I didn’t care for. Otherwise, the place is cute. If you don’t care about that it’s a nice place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants around. I did Uber to town but walked back all in all the place was nice except for the lack of privacy.

Well thought out condo in a great spot

The apartment is compact, clean, lovely, and comfortable. We walked or took electric scooters just about everywhere, and saw so many incredible museums and ate at spectacular restaurants on or just off Central, a short two blocks away. Parking was easy to find around the corner using the pass provided. The manager communicated everything in an organized and helpful way. The apartment had lots of useful items available (iron, cooler, beach chairs and towels, spare pillows and blankets, first aid and sewing kits, etc.), towels were soft, and bed was very comfortable - usually we miss our fancy mattress at home but we slept very well!

Beautiful in St. Pete

Overall, the actual apartment was incredibly beautiful, it was a small, cozy space with a lot of amenities & nice accoutrements. Unfortunately there was a few small inconveniences, like a broken front door lock & sugar ants. It was a very nice stay but please do not wake us up early in the morning without prior communication of the exact time & stop by details, or walk in on us without any knock or warning in the future. Super appreciate everything!
