This 3 Bed, 3.5 bath home has an abundance of natural light through out the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen features an island with three stools, gas range, coffee maker, and separate ice maker. The living room has an aesthetic only fireplace with shiplap trim, a 65" smart tv, and plenty of seating for the whole family. Off the living room is a large screened in living space, perfect for a morning coffee or gathering of friends and family.

The master suite is located on the main level with a queen bed, tv, large walk in closet, and access to the back porch. The ensuite has a double vanity, soaker tub, and large separate shower. Off the living room is also a half bath and laundry.

On the second floor are two bedrooms with their own full ensuites. The first bedroom has two full beds and the second has a queen bed.

The closest beach access is 0.3 miles or a 7 minute walk, and the Pier and Village with an abundance of shopping, restaurants, and night life is a short walk or bike ride.

1 dog, less than 20lbs. is allowed with a $150 pet fee
