Perfect place to stay in East Beach!

Excellent location, house was beautiful, clean, and stocked. Basement was a great place for teenagers to hangout. Providing beach towels and chairs was a HUGE plus!!!

Family trip

East Beach is our favorite SSI location. Best part of the house were the porch swings and they quickly became part of my morning routine. The house was nice but could use a really good deep clean of baseboards, fans, floors .

Great place to stay unless you cannot manage steps. The steps are not bad at all and didn't bother me. But an older person or someone with knee issues might try a different place. Awesome place! comfy and quiet!!!

East Beach Beauty

We love the beach house at East Beach the location was perfect a very short walk to the beautiful beach (which we did multiple times). The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a beach getaway. The fenced back yard came in very handy with our dogs. The location of the house was convenient with short drives to the pier and stores and restaurants. We will be back East Beach is THE place to stay at St Simmons Island. Very relaxing beach vacation

Fabulous Home!

Pelicans Porch is a lovely property on a quiet street in the East Beach neighborhood. Five minute walk to the beach or to the marsh. Close to Pier Village—7 minutes by car, 26 minutes by bike. PP itself is comfortable, clean and well supplied. We spent a lot of time on the fantastic porch. Loved this property!! Returning next Winter!

Perfect fall break

Great home on quiet East Beach. The house is modern with hardwood floors, very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The beach is only a few blocks down the road. Would definitely book it again.

Awesome House Minutes From The Beach

Our family has been coming to St. Simons for years. We love the beauty of the island (especially East Beach area) and the overall vibe. Great restaurants, beach, parks, etc. This property was perfect for our family- had everything we needed. We loved how the house was laid out and decorated. Wonderful porch and large driveway area where we enjoyed many games. We’ve stayed at many properties in the East Beach area and this is certainly a nice one. Would stay here again for sure.

Such a Gem

This home is such a gem. The home is so welcoming. So many little extras that we don’t normally get in a VRBO location. Thank you to the owners/management for these little surprises. This home is spacious enough for a larger family. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent this home. We were not here for the beach on this trip, but the beach is short walk from the house.

Our First Stay on St Simons Island

The first morning here, I walked to the end of the street to watch moonset over the marsh. Then I walked to the other end of the street to watch sunrise. A true moment of zen. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. It is well located to beach, to St Simons Village, points of interest, etc. Would definitely stay here again. Plus, October is a great time to visit.
