Great property

This is the perfect house for a large group. Accommodated our group of 9 comfortably. Extremely clean and well maintained, this is the best equipped property we’ve stayed at in over 10 years of visiting SSI. Convenient to the beach and the village. We can’t wait for our next stay.

Grace's Wedding

Stayed on St. Simon's Island for a week for my Daughter's beach wedding. Very much enjoyed my accommodations, the Island had much to offer. My Vrbo was exactly what I was looking for spacious, clean, well stocked with beach accessories, chairs and towels. Location was great, near the beach, beach access to a less crowded area of the beach and conveniently located.

Great extended Memorial Day weekend!

This is the perfect beach house! Great for a large family with grown children who have their own families. Extra large newly renovated kitchen. The entire house had plenty of room with large spaces. Multiple places for grandkids to watch tv and have their own space. Bathrooms were great, even the laundry room was well thought out. Thank you for a wonderful week.

The property is very well maintained and spacious. There is a short walk to the beach through a beautiful wooded area. There is a good place outside to clean up when you return to the house.

Perfect Island Wedding Base

We came here from California for our son’s wedding in St. Simons Island and it was the perfect home for our family. Close to the King & Prince wedding venue and plenty of space for all who stayed with us. Loved the kitchen and all the space throughout the home!
