The second bedroom features a twin bed with trundle and a set of twin bunk beds. There is also a tv in this room for streaming. The owners have added a desk along with computer monitors for your use. The en-suite has a walk-in shower. Enjoy the front porch with plenty of seating.

The second level offers a king master suite with private, full bathroom with a separate garden tub and a walk-in shower. The living room, dining room and kitchen combination share the rest of this floor. Plenty of room for the family! Enjoy the balcony with views of the marsh. Guests will surely enjoy having their morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on either porch!

Plenty of amenities to enjoy including the beachside pool, pavilion, and private boardwalk to the beach. Enjoy biking, swimming, kayaking, shopping, or dining at one of St. Simons' fabulous restaurants.

The south pool is heated automatically by the HOA Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and from March 15 to April 15 for spring break.

Parking is available for two vehicles in front of the cottage. We'll provide you with the parking passes.

Walk to the beach! This cottage is located approximately 2 miles from the Pier and Village area.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
There are 4 TVs in this unit.
Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
