Pet Friendly Condo in Gated Community with Pool and Fitness Center!
Beautifully decorated two bedroom/two bathroom condo! This ground floor unit is in the desirable Harbour Oaks community where you cannot get any closer to all that St. Simons has to offer! To the left just a couple of blocks is the Pier Village where you will find all of your dining, shopping, and sight seeing needs including the fishing pier, light house, and Fun Zone with a public swimming pool and putt putt course. Enjoy the convenience of being less than half a mile from the best beaches on St. Simons. You will even be within walking distance to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! In this unit you will enjoy a spacious living area, new dining furniture, new carpeting in the master bedroom, new linens, and new stainless appliances in the kitchen. There is also a separate reading area off the living room. Fitness center, tennis courts, and pool are located on site as well as an assigned covered parking space. The beds in this unit include a queen in the master and a BRAND NEW king in the second bedroom, both featuring TVs, walk-in closets, and private baths. The pool at Harbour Oaks is open year-round but is not heated. Dogs are allowed with a pet fee!

COMPANY CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $100.00 processing fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
VRBO CUSTOMERS: Please note that if you are booking through Vrbo, you will be responsible for paying their service fee. Any service fees paid to Vrbo are external from our company and cannot be refunded or handled through Golden Isles Realty. We cannot cancel Vrbo reservations and re-enter them into our system to avoid the service fee. All reservations, booked through Vrbo or not, are subject to our company's policies as outlined in our rental agreement.

Our condo was the best accommodation we have had in the three years we have wintered in Georgia. The condo was clean, well furnished with newer appliances and comfortable furniture. In addition, it's location is superb in that it is within walking distance of the village and pier. We also had timely and helpful communication with the staff at Golden Isles Realty.

Golden Isles Realty was a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt in addressing any maintenance issues. The unit itself was well kept, with quality appliances and furnishings. The location was superb, within easy walking distance of Pier Village, restaurants, pubs, shopping, bicycle rental/repair/sales, the pier itself as well as numerous parks and the wonderful library.

We stayed at 217 N Harbour Oaks, for the third time. Golden Isles Reality is great to work with, very pleasant and most importantly reliable. The unit is beautiful equipped with everything you need. Well decorated in a tasteful nautical theme. I will say the carpets need to renewed. They are quite stained.

This condo is in a quiet place where the grounds are beautifully kept like a garden and yet just a short walk down to the village, where you are in the midst of many restaurants, bars and the pier. The pier Village never ever gets old with the parade of people and dogs, always someone to talk to. The condo itself is large with two bedrooms and two baths. The furniture is elegant and sturdy, with comfortable beds and couch, a good easy chair. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bedroom carpet does need a good steam cleaning.
