At St Simon`s Park, blocks to the beach, this nicely appointed retreat with outdoor dining, 4 bdrms, all with ensuite bathrooms & a Barrel Bistro Bunk Room, gives everyone space. The spacious kitchen/dining/HD media room is large enough for everyone. Lounge on the large private deck, cool off after soaking up the sun in the deck enclosed 9` diameter splash pool and relax in hammock chairs under a canopy of towering Live Oaks draped in Spanish moss as worries carelessly drift away with the gentle ocean breeze.

Johanna & Gil are very attentive hosts who are easily accessed via the app when needed.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (it`s a friendly but quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful to the neighbors : )

Upon checkout: Ensure all doors and windows are locked

Pets are not allowed without advanced approval. $250 pet cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Fee applies to service/therapy animal unless registration document provided at time of booking.
