“This is a great property on a steep hill. Owner Lyndsay was VERY helpful and provided an introduction to the property even volunteering to help me with luggage. The site is walking distance from the downtown area.”

All the staff... every single one of them in maintenance, housekeeping, reception, bartenders, servers, culinary staff are so welcoming, amazing and so kind. You're very lucky to find such a wonderful group of people to represent the Pink Palm hotel in St Thomas🙏 I spoke with them all to thank them for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!”

“I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, as my family had done most of the research, but was pleasantly surprised. We had a two room suite, and it was really clean and well maintained. The only downside side is that both bathrooms are upstairs, and be prepared for lots of stairs to get around! The facility offers shuttles to get you around, so if you don’t mind waiting for a shuttle, they will haul you around. Pools were great, and the seaweed didn’t bother us. Other beaches would be better anyway……

“We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met. Also important to know that the only walkable food option is their restaurant, which does not……

“Beautiful view about a mile up the “hill” from Magens Bay-comfortable room, pool, coffee shop for easy breakfast runs before venturing out-easy access to island in any direction -and cat sanctuary so lots of friends roaming”
