Great location and nice view

This condo is perfect for a couple looking to explore both St Thomas and St John. The ferry and a taxi stand are both less than a 5 minute walk. Grocery store and several restaurants are also only a few minutes away. The view of the harbor from the balcony is lovely. Would stay here again if we ever return to USVI.

Perfect Location

If you want a place to stay with immediate access to the ferry, grocery store, bars and restaurants, look no further. Good sized apartment for two people with a balcony looking out on the water.Only heads up that there is a steep hill to climb up to get to the building, so ensure your knees are good if you do not have a car to park. I would definitely come back here again.

Condo had great views overlooking the harbor towards St. John. Had secured gate access to the condo and reserved parking space. Grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance. Only issue we found was limited cooking utensils.

As advertised on the strip

View and deck was our favorite part. Just the right size for a couple. We needed a one night stay near the ferry and this was the right place. A little more “urban” than expected. But we found a nice coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. Communication was good but I would recommend mentioning in kitchen that bottled water is recommended.

Great location!

The good: Love the location. Right next to the ferry terminal and plenty of restaurants nearby. Not so good: Every morning about 2AM, neighbors were screaming and slamming doors. Plates in the cabinets were dirty :(. Fans in the bedroom and living room both broken. There is one AC that works well and a floor fan in the bedroom. Managed to stay comfortable.

Great service from Britney. I highly recommend this spot. We walked 4 mins to ferry terminal (important if you have bags). Dozens of retails t’s and bars within walking distance. Favorite spot was Hook’d. Great good and outdoor atmosphere. Dougiefresh is who you ask for there. Longtime friends with sugar Rey Leonard. convenience is wha you don’t mind paying for.This

What a view! I loved this property -- perfectly situated to have an easy walk to the red hook ferry and not pay St john prices. Grocery store was MUCH better than I expected. The place was well appointed, and I especially enjoyed the deck. It's not a beach property...no condo amenities...but for access to St John, you could not ask for a nicer, reasonably priced little spot
