Our little flat was just what we were looking for. It is not a 4 star, however it is clean and conveniently located near the pool and restaurant area. There is a queen bed, TV with WiFi, and a small cooking stove, as well as a nice refrigerator. Beach towels were available for use.

I did not have a good experience. They have no front desk or anyone to assist if you need something. The compound is really rundown, stray cats and chickens everywhere. Potholes galore. There's a ton of stairs to get to your room.

There was no running hot water at all and at time no water at all , this went on every day so could not bath most of my 10 day stay , the property itself is a beautiful place with emasculate restaurants on site and very close to Megan’s beach but needs serious up grades, must be upsetting for permanent residents

The place was pretty much as described. It’s not luxurious, but it has everything you need. The resort staff are incredibly friendly and the host was always prompt with communication.I would come back again!

The place was just as stated, cozy!! Loved meeting the neighbors and seeing all the kitties and hummingbirds. Had such a great relaxing time. Perfect location. Will definitely be back!!

The room was alright but the maintenance was very poor. It was dirty and there was ants and spiders everywhere in the room.

Perfect spot

This place is exactly as described in the listing. Easy access to Magen’s Bay. Perfect place to hang our hat for a couple of days. Resort that the rental is on has amazing customer service. The food and drink at the restaurant are great and the breakfast place has delicious sandwiches. We recommend it! No frills. Great price. Great stay.

Great location and functional.

The apartment is functional and in a good location. The apartment was clean and the owner was quick to respond to concerns in a timely manner. There were plenty of thoughtful items we used while there such as beach towels and a shopping bag. There was no comfortable seating in the apartment but given that it is a micro apartment I’m not sure where you could put a comfy chair. The kitchen stools were hard and we found them uncomfortable. The patio furniture has seen better days and there were questionable stains on the cushions. The security chain on the door was so dented and dinged that anyone could open the door with it on and it would fall off of the track. The pools on the property were lovely and the restaurant, although a little pricey was good. I’d recommend making a reservation. Overall it was a fair price for what we had. useful to note that the entrance is on Route 42 and not directly on Megan’s Bay Rd

St Thomas Beach Vacation

We were very pleased with all the amenities included in the unit and the resort. The close proximity to Magen’s Bay was perfect. The food at the resort was also very good and reasonably priced. We hope to return next year!

I love everything about this property. Very nice area to relax with no noise. They had an amazing bar with food & a smoothie bar. They had a hot tub and a few pools on the resort. The staff team was very helpful helping terrorist calling taxis. They told us about all the good places & beaches to go to. A lot of people were getting the temperature for the shower mixed up. For hot turn on COLD for a little bit of cold water turn on HOT. Don’t hesitate to book here ;)

Flamboyant in St. Thomas offers stunning, views, spacious rooms, and excellent amenities. The property is well-maintained, with a beautiful pool and attentive staff. Though the steep hill may pose a challenge for some, the privacy and location make it an ideal choice for a relaxing island getaway.

Great Stay!!

Wonderful stay in St Thomas!! We just needed a place for sleeping and showering each day and this met our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Underwhelmed

I would have rated this lower except for the fact the price was reasonable. If you are on a tight budget, it’s a good value. I regret not paying more though and staying elsewhere.Upon arrival I found the condo to be small, dark and dreary. Very poor lighting with minimal wattage light bulbs being used.Coffee maker was broken. I notified the host and was told “thank you” (for letting them know). No apology. No remedy.The “Hot” and “Cold” knobs in the shower were switched.Walls are thin. If you stay here you better hope for quiet neighbors or bring earplugs.Little teeny tiny bugs (unusual type of ant?) came out in a swarm for any food left out. Also saw a roach.It’s misleading to say Megans beach is “within waking distance”. There isn’t a safe, walkable route to the beach. It is just a five minute drive though, which is nice.I expected to see and hear some roosters for 1-2 hrs. in the morning. What I didn’t expect was for so many of them to congregate in the grassy area under the balcony and make noise starting at 5:30 AM, 4:30 AM (no lie), 6:30 AM and and then continue for most of the day. Other minor annoyances…screen door sticks and is a pain in the neck, hole in shower drain, no toaster etc.Likes…using the balcony at night (when the roosters were finally sleeping), plenty of towels and the quiet AC with remote. I wish I had paid a little more and stayed somewhere else, but if your funds are tight and expectations low, you’ll probably be okay with it.

"Our stay at this condo in St. Thomas was absolutely excellent! The private owners were outstanding—responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. The location was perfect, offering convenience and a beautiful setting that enhanced our vacation experience. The condo itself was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. It was pretty nice for the price

It was pretty nice for the price. The resort has 2 pools (with beautiful views) and a jacuzzi which is nice plus an on site breakfast cafe and restaurant that were both really good!! Close to Meagan’s Bay and other spots. Nice big comfy bed, well equipped with towels and linens plus a coffee maker and microwave. There were a few things I wasn’t fond of. The shower temperature and pressure were a bit of a pain but that may be out of their hands. The shower drain stopper wouldn’t stay in place and the drain was wide. I don’t shower in my valuables so it wasn’t a big deal to me. We requested housekeeping for our trash and other things but I think because the apartments are technically separate they never came. This is also a cat sanctuary so be prepared to see, smell and hear them. Overall I would stay here again.
